During onboarding, our staff read the following and record the participant's name, mobile number, and date. This same wording appears on our paper consent form.
"Humans Amplified would like to send you text messages — occasional AI-assistant help, reminders, and program updates, about a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP anytime to cancel, or HELP for help. Our Terms of Service are at home.humansamplified.org/terms.html and our Privacy Policy at home.humansamplified.org/privacy.html. Do you agree to receive these text messages, yes or no?" — If the participant says yes, we record their consent and send a confirmation text.
